What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy, on the other hand, often addresses deeper emotional issues and past experiences. I offer both services and would be happy to help you decide which approach is best. To schedule a session, please use the "Contact" button on this website. We can find a time that works for you online or at my San Francisco Bay Area home office. Before we begin, I’ll send you a few necessary forms, including an informed consent agreement.

We will focus on your goals, challenges, and progress during a coaching session. Sessions are interactive and collaborative, using various tools and techniques to help you gain insights, develop strategies, and take actionable steps toward your goals.

Is there a minimum commitment for coaching?

While there is no minimum commitment, many clients find that a series of sessions over a few months provides the most benefit. During our initial consultation, we can discuss your specific needs and preferences.

What is your rate, and do you offer any packages or discounts?

My fee is an energy exchange, reflecting the value of my time. Sessions are $200, with customized packages and potential discounts for ongoing support. Let’s discuss what works best to ensure you receive the care and guidance you need.

Where do you see clients?

Clients can meet online via Zoom or at my office in the hills above Palo Alto. The exact address for in-person sessions will be provided upon request.

How long is a session?

Sessions typically last 50 minutes, but we can customize the length based on your needs. Longer sessions are often recommended for in-person sessions at my office to allow for a more comprehensive exploration. Additionally, at my home office, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy time in nature, which can enhance your overall experience.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
